I think they are only referring to white men who fight yellow bears.
Of course! That is probably all explained in the sign's text, but since I can't read spanish I didn't know that's what it said. Or maybe it's a sign warning bears not to approach Fedor.
These people obviously haven't heard that fighting back is the best way to respond to a bear attack (as opposed to playing dead).
