I guess Matt went into the Colosseum and flipped the script. This is literally redeeming everything for Jesus. It may be part of the Da Vinci lies, but I heard Jesus & the disciples grappled in the Colosseum prior to the public ministry. Of course, his record w2as perfect until his retirement, although it is8 rumored that he was in one fight for his life and only prevailed by touching his hip socket, knocking it out of joint.
