This one is much more spooky than the other. Something is unsettling about suggesting a volunteer is on par to the Son of Man.
And, as the photographer, are you including yourself as a volunteer, i.e. making a difference, or did you think you were going to get one of those cool mirror shots, but had the wrong angle and accidentally included yourself.
It's fascinating what meanings people are able to bring to an artwork.
I reall wasn't making any sort of point. Mostly I just found the juxtoposition of the bust of Christ with the smiley face interesting. Also, the lace on the table, the curtains and the gold decorative plate all seemed to make for some good texture. Than I just tried to get a decent composition with my head, Christ's head and Sam's head on the bed. Charity just happened to move at the moment I snapped the pic.
